Unfortunately, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items) cannot be returned and are a final sale. But please contact me if you have problems with your order.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, flawed, damaged or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Send us a picture showing the issue, and we'll work with you on a solution that may involve a replacement order or a store credit.
2. Can I cancel my order?
We offer a full refund if the order is canceled within 12 hours of your purchase. You should submit an order cancellation request here once you decide to cancel the order. For orders canceled after 12 hours of purchase that have not been shipped, we will offer a partial refund after charging a 10% cancellation fee. We will NOT accept order cancellation requests if the orders have been processed and shipped.
3. What happens if I receive the wrong item?
If there’s an issue with your order -- if it’s the wrong size, wrong color, defective, or otherwise not exactly what you wanted -- then simply notify us, and send us a picture, so we can make it right.
4. Do you offer exchanges?
We do offer exchanges. If, for any reason, you didn’t get the exact product you expected, just let us know, and we’ll get you a new one.
