Expected delivery 7–10 business days in the US and 14-20 internationally. This doesn't include our 1-3 day processing time and international clearance/customs delays. Delivery times are estimated and might differ based on the amount of orders to process.
Shipping cost will vary based on the location.
As soon as your product ships, you'll receive a tracking number that lets you keep tabs on your product. Sometimes due to free shipping, tracking might not be available.

What Should I do if the item shows delivered, but you don't see it?
If your order tracks as delivered but is not received, please check around your mailbox, entrances, mailrooms, with household members and neighbors. USPS may also track a package as delivered 2-3 days before a package actually delivers.
It is possible that your tracking shows undeliverable as well - check the tracking provided in your shipping confirmation email from us or the Shop App.
Once you have done this and you still are missing your package, you must contact the shipping carrier directly to resolve any delivery issues first:

Please understand that we cannot take responsibility for lost/missing packages that have been successfully delivered to the address provided with your order.
