Returns and Exchange Policy

     1. What's your return policy?

    If you are unsatisfied with your order, please get in touch with our support, and we will do our best to help you! We have a 30-day return policy and a 15-day store credit policy on mugs, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return or 15 days to ask for store credit on mugs.

    To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Customers will be responsible for paying return shipping costs.


    To start a return, click Here, log into your account, or contact us at customerservice@mysticalcherry.com. So tell us what went wrong and send a pic. If your return is accepted, we'll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned to us without first requesting a return will NOT be accepted. Please see our Refund Policy for more details.  

    Refunds
    We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded the cost of the item minus the shipping to your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

    Damages and issues
    Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

    Exceptions / non-returnable items
    Certain items cannot be returned and are a final sale, like our graphic and wearable art shirts, mugs, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), promotional giveaways, free gifts, giveaways, and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items over 15% OFF, clearance, final sale, or gift cards.  

    If a graphic or custom-printed item has flaws in the printing or material, or the mug was damaged in shipping, please contact us at Info@mysticalcherry.com within seven days of receipt of the merchandise. Send us a picture showing the issue, and we'll work with you on a solution that may involve a replacement order or a refund to your original payment method.

    Wrong Delivery Address Disclaimer:

    We do not issue a refund if your order does not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g., providing the wrong shipping address). Please be advised that you, as the user, hold full responsibility for the accuracy of the shipping information provided. Our company cannot, under any circumstances, be held liable for undelivered or misdelivered packages due to incorrect shipping information. You must double-check all details before submitting your order to ensure timely and accurate delivery.

        2. Can I cancel my order?

    We offer a full refund if the order is canceled within 12 hours of your purchase. You should submit an order cancellation request here once you decide to cancel the order. For orders canceled after 12 hours of purchase that have not been shipped, we will offer a partial refund after charging a 10% cancellation fee. We will NOT accept order cancellation requests if the orders have been processed and shipped.  

    3. What happens if I receive the wrong item?

    If there’s an issue with your order -- if it’s the wrong size, wrong color, defective, or otherwise not exactly what you wanted -- then simply notify us, and send us a picture, so we can make it right.  Click Here or log into your account.

    We do offer exchanges. If, for any reason, you didn’t get the right product you ordered, just let us know, and we’ll get you a new one.

    1. How do I receive my digital pattern after purchasing it?

    After purchase, you will receive a download link in three places:

    1. immediately on your order summary,
    2. in your order email, and
    3. in your account history. 

    As per our policy, you are limited to 2 downloads or 180 days from the date of purchase, whichever comes first. Our digital products are non-refundable.  

    2. What should I do if I don't receive my purchase confirmation email or download links?

    First, check your Spam or Junk email folders. If you still can't find them, try logging in to your account history to see if there was an error in the email address. If you cannot log in, please email support@mysticalcherry.com for assistance.

    3. What if I accidentally delete email?

    No worries! You can download it again from your order history, or request another copy of your order emails.

    5. Can I share my mystical cherry download with other people?

    No. Each PDF is copyright protected and may only be used by the purchaser. You may not forward, copy, or distribute the purchased PDFs. This is a term of sale which you agree to when you purchase a digital pattern from us.

    Our shipping times are estimated and not guaranteed. The shipping times mentioned below are based on our experience with our shipping partners. They are subject to change depending on factors such as weather conditions, peak season, or unforeseen circumstances.

    Shipping Method: 

    Our standard shipping method is ground shipping. We will ship your order via any major mail carrier, including UPS, FedEx, and the United States Postal Service, etc.. At this time, we are unable to provide the option to choose your carrier of choice. Please note, some items may be shipped separately or may require a longer ship-out and/or delivery timeframe. However, you will be notified when your order has shipped out so you can track it. 

    Tracking:

    We understand that tracking your package is important to you, so we provide tracking information for all orders as soon as it becomes available. You will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to the carrier's website to track your package's progress easily. Please note that tracking information may not be immediately available for all orders, and some carriers may not provide real-time tracking updates.

    Missing Package:

    If your order tracks as delivered, but you have yet to receive your package, please check around your mailbox, entrances, mailrooms, and with household members and neighbors.

    If your tracking shows undeliverable or you still need help finding your package, contact the shipping carrier directly to resolve any delivery issues.

       Free to Join.  Once you join and create an account, you are eligible to start earning and redeeming Cherry Reward points. You earn points in a variety of ways. These include points for creating an account, placing orders, referring a friend, and following us on social media.
