Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, flawed, damaged or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. - 30-day return policy for most items**; and a 15-day store credit policy for defective, flawed, damaged, drinkable items

As per our policy, you are limited to 2 downloads or 180 days from the date of purchase, whichever comes first. Our digital products are non-refundable.
