👕 T-SHIRT QUALITY: You will instantly love our shirts' soft feel and great fit!

*T-Shirt: Our designers are printed on super-soft, 100% preshrunk ring-spun cotton Bella+Canvas tees. Twill tape covers the shoulder seams to stabilize the back of the garment and prevent stretching.

*Hoodies: Our unisex heavy blend hooded sweatshirt has a soft, plush feel to keep you comfortable and warm. For pocket lovers, it has a spacious kangaroo pocket in front to keep your hands warm and an adjustable drawstring hood with a self-colored woven cord. It is made from specially spun fibers (50% cotton and 50% polyester) that are extremely strong, resistant to most chemicals, stretching, and shrinking.

*Kid/Youth T-Shirts: The designers are printed on heavy 100% Cotton tees (fiber content may vary for different colors) which are perfect for everyday use.  Comfortable to wear because there are no seams along the sides.

• PRINT QUALITY: Direct-to-garment (DTG) printing method is used for printing the designs on the shirts. In this technique, pigmented water-based inks are applied to the garment's surface and are absorbed by the product's fibers creating a seamless, smooth, and durable finish.

• SIZING: Adult unisex shirts are sized S-3XL, and the kids/youth unisex shirts are sized XS-XL. Order the size you would typically wear in a standard-fitting t-shirt or hoodie. If you are between sizes or just like a looser fit, you may want to order a size up. For a tighter fit, order a size down. (See our size chart)

• CARE INSTRUCTIONS: Machine wash: warm (max 40C or 105F); Non-chlorine: bleach as needed; Tumble dry: low heat; Iron, steam, or dry: medium heat; Do not dry clean.

• SHIPPING: We usually fulfill within 1 to 2 business days. We ship quickly! Our production time is typically 2-3 business days, and we ship out via the US Postal Service.  Please allow  7-14 days for delivery.

• COLOR: We offer an array of various colors

Product Creation Time:

Please note that our products are made especially for you as soon as you place an order, which is why it takes us a bit longer to deliver it to you. Making products on demand instead of in bulk helps reduce overproduction, so thank you for making thoughtful purchasing decisions!

Shipping Method: 

Our standard shipping method is ground shipping. We will ship your order via any major mail carrier, including UPS, FedEx, and the United States Postal Service, etc.. At this time, we are unable to provide the option to choose your carrier of choice. Please note, some items may be shipped separately or may require a longer ship-out and/or delivery timeframe. However, you will be notified when your order has shipped out so you can track it. 

Tracking:

We understand that tracking your package is important to you, so we provide tracking information for all orders as soon as it becomes available. You will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to the carrier's website to track your package's progress easily. Please note that tracking information may not be immediately available for all orders, and some carriers may not provide real-time tracking updates.

Missing Package:

If your order tracks as delivered, but you have yet to receive your package, please check around your mailbox, entrances, mailrooms, and with household members and neighbors.
